That is the search system that we're in the process of deploying on WMF wikis. It should be easier to setup and better maintained then the one we are currently running.
Super important if you decide to go that route: Follow the installation instructions on the wiki page then jump to the instructions in CirrusSearch's README file like the wiki page advises you to do. I keep the complicated bits of the installation in there because it is easier for me to keep up to date then the wiki page. By complicated bits, I mean the three command line scripts you have to run after installing Cirrus.
