1. Try pulling the Blacklist from Mediawiki or wikipedia using their URLs like below. 2. Instead of adding blacklist items to 'Project:Title blacklist' add them to the special page 'Mediawiki:TitleBlacklist' (I am not sure if this will help because I have added nothing to this page yet at my site.
#TitleBlacklist extension require_once( "{$IP}/extensions/TitleBlacklist/TitleBlacklist.php" );
$wgTitleBlacklistSources = array( array( 'type' => TBLSRC_LOCALPAGE, 'src' => 'Mediawiki:TitleBlacklist', ), array( 'type' => TBLSRC_URL, 'src' => 'http://meta.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Title_blacklist&action=raw', ), array( 'type' => TBLSRC_FILE, 'src' => '/home/wikipedia/blacklists/titles', ), );

I can't seem to get Title_Black list to work. I've added the extension and have added the following to LocalSettings.php:
require_once( "{$IP}/extensions/TitleBlacklist/TitleBlacklist.php" ); $wgTitleBlacklistSources = array( array( 'type' => TBLSRC_LOCALPAGE, 'src' => 'Project:Title blacklist', ), );
I've set up Project: Title blacklist as follows:
# This is a title blacklist. Titles and users that match a regular expression here cannot be created. # Use "#" for comments. # This is case insensitive by default
\d*\sbuy\s.* <newaccountonly>
Yet, I can still add account called "Buy Viagra" or whatever.
Am I missing something?
