Is there anything available (extensions, etc) that would allow someone to tag an article for follow-up, and then be notified (watchlist and/or email) that the article hasn't been edited in that period? As an example, we might have a page for the minutes of our standing monthly meeting, and I'd like to be notified if the page hasn't been updated in a month (as it means that I forgot to update it with the most recent meeting minutes).
