Hi Derrick, add the following code to /public_html/skins/MonoBook.php:

The code is placed where you want the button to appear. For me, I put it just above:

I got the button from the internet but cannot remember where it is. You can download my button if you want at Image:button.png. But if you can find the original source, you have a real good choice of colors. I like the red one very much but unfortunately, red means stop, so green for go, LOL.
