I just download the current 1.9.2
After setup, I move the LoalSettings.php and play around without problem.
However, if I open the LocalSettings.php with NotePad and save it. (not changing anything), The site just return blank.
I can delete the file and generate a new one. Then mediawiki works again.
Can anyone help me?
