I need more control over edit tabs and the instances in which they appear. hooks.txt states:
SkinTemplateContentActions': after building the $content_action array right before returning it, see content_action.php in the extension module for a demonstration of how to use this hook.
In the 1.7.1 package I recently downloaded, I found no "content_action.php" file in the extensions directory or anywhere in the package. From all I've read in hooks.txt and elsewhere, a hook titled 'SkinTemplateContentActions' exposes logic controlling tabs at the top of each page (article, discussion, edit, etc.) and preferences can be set with the content_action.php page. Without that page, I can't find even a demonstration of how tabs can be manipulated. Is content_action.php still part of the main Mediawiki installation, and if not, where can I find the extension that includes it? _Twenty_ (http://www.mediawiki.org/w/index.php?title=User:Twenty&action=edit) 18:17, 19 October 2006 (UTC)
