I'm trying to customize my print settings, I have a couple questions:
What is the difference between CommonPrint.css and wikiprintable.css?
How do I remove the following components from my print version: 1) pagetitle using syntax in both CommonPrint.css and wikiprintable.css #pagetitle{ display: none; } - not working 2) whoshere now bar tried #whoshere{ display: none; } - did not work 3) Override browser settings such that site ulr and date printed are never printed
