The users that are assigned this user access level will inherit
privileges from the ep-instructor, ep-campus-ambassador, and ep-online-ambassador, and will be able to administer those user access levels. Other than that, it's a typical autoconfirmed user.

Note that the skip captcha one currently assigned to all of the education groups is just present on the demo wiki and won't be copied over to any Wikipedia.
