I have created a template taking a single parameter. I would like it to be expanded in the search page. But because the search page (generated from SpecialSearch.php) is created by PHP code and not by direct wiki markup, I cannot simply include {{templatename|param}}.
Is there an API to directly expand a template by using PHP code? Can you please give sample PHP code?
