To be more specific,
I want it so that someone writing a new article will be automatically taken to a page with preset subarticle names like "main article" "helpful hints" and "related articles." This way all articles can have the same format.

Hello,
I want to modify my page layout so that an article are divided into sections, each with a heading that can't be modified (like "main article," "main points" and "sources").
Like the default page? Just edit the default page and look how its constructed. They all use ==headers== by and large to break the page up.
