It did not work for me, so I don't have something installed properly. I started nosing around (I didn't install) and found $wgVersion was 1.15.5-7 So that must mean I'm really out of date and need to get them to install the latest.

If it worked right, you'll see a small "[1]", a "Notes" section header, and the reference will have a small blue citation link pointing up with the word "example" next to it.

I installed the svn Cite files and added the "require_once" command in
the
LocalSettings.php file. I tried a simple reference in Sandbox, but
nothing
seemed to happen. The <ref> tags are still there and <references /> is empty.
What do I need to do?
