This is not out-of-the box functionality, and I think it most probably never will be.
I think you could use some extension to track your users.

Hello there! I realize this is a long shot, but just in case: are there an per-user page viewing statistics available, i.e. who (which user) accessed which page and when; so, similar to History, but which would show a log of page visits instead of page edits?
