This is something that a sysadmin could enforce on machines so doesnt really mean anything.
I've looked at the cookies here and compared to the session ID stored by MediaWiki--they agree. I've get an identical installation locally that allows me to see what session data looks like in a working installation (absolutely no problems with the local install, so whatever support MediaWiki needs from browsers is obviously in place).
Well as the wiki works for me and it looks at least one other person it would seem that the issue is with your end, ie your machines and their setup. This isnt really suitable for this list, maybe try that tech support?
