at (german) wikipedia you can find the variables like {{LOCALHOUR}} which is used in templates like "Date display". See at german wikipedia http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/WP:VAR . But on the local wiki these variables are missing. How can i add them to display the local time and not UTC-time?
