By "old style", I presume you mean the "Classic" skin, the old default from pre-1.3 versions? Here are my thoughts and suggestions:
- you may have accidentally changed your preferences to "Klassik" skin
- you may be seeing cached pages - either within your browser, from
the server, or on some intermediate site. If dynamic pages (edit screens, preferences) look "older", maybe you have cached versions in the "MonoBook" skin, but your preferences are set to "Klassik"?
As a test, I created an account and clicked around a bit, and everything appears in your modified MonoBook as I'd expect, so I'm guessing it's specific to your computer and/or your user account.
Try doing "forced reloads" (hold down Shift or similar while refreshing) of various pages and seeing the effect; look in your preferences what skin it says you have selected; perhaps try switching skins and then switching back...
Hi Rowan! Thanks a lot for your information. I checked everything, deleted the browser-cache and the cache on the server. I changed from MonoBoook to Klassik and back again. Before ich changed something in the database last week, for example every edit-window shows the edit toolbar on top; if you like, you could compare it with another wiki (http://web36.rootpfad.de/wiki/index.php/Main_Page): same version, runs on the same server but shows another style!?
