Hi Terry, What exactly do you mean by 'Wiki Tables'? You don't have to do anything to a wiki to be able to make tables with wikitext. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Help:Table
However, if you want a something to make tables for you, you can probably use an extension like TableEdit: http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:TableEdit
