If there's a hook there then sure somebody can write an extension. Not a bad place for a hook really, people should be able to add their own stats to the table.

I checked in the irc channel and there didn't seem on be one so i've submitted a bug request (#20086) [1] for it since it seems something that would be usable to alot of people.
