I for one, would certainly want to know if there's any issue with a potential moderator. Calling out issues, is not "attacking", it's educating.

But Anne was not saying "oh, Siebrand should be moderator", Anne was stating that Siebrand or Nikerabbit could be used as witnesses or references to help their application... there would not be a problem with that.
