The problem is solved now. Changing in 'Localsettings.php'...
ini_set( 'memory_limit', '20M' );
for
ini_set( 'memory_limit', '30M' );
Now with 16M in PHP-memory-limit and 30M in Localsettings.php I can load AllMessages page. I don't know why, but works :-)
