I started to code in cache functionality and "private" watchlist feeds a few days ago. If you have any other feature requests, let me know and I'll see if I can squeeze them into the next release.

I see a lot of benefits for expanding RSS compatibilities, to make MW content even more accessible and personalized to users, as RSS feeds are getting more and more popular.
