Internet Explorer 7 (beta3) has a nice RSS reader built in. I find I even use it regularly, and it is very convenient.
And Firefox has had the live bookmark feature for as long as I can remember, This works very nicely as well. I put a live bookmark to the rss feed in a top level folder in my personal bookmark folder, the live bookmark looks like a bookmark folder containing the various rss (or atom) items. Beside the feed for my wiki, I've got a "blogs" bookmark folder with all the blogs I follow.
And lately I've been using the firefox MyPortal extension, this builds a nice ajaxy pseudopage with all your bookmarks, with twistys to open and close folders. Very nice
I still want e-mail notification for any additions to my wiki, but that's a separate subject.
