myWikiURL/Category:Test or just click on the link that a page using a cat has. See http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki , on the bottom of the page there's: "Categorieshttp://meta.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Categories&article=MediaWiki: MediaWiki http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:MediaWiki", this are links to the categories pages. Then click the edit button/tab on the category page.
