Although I really like DPL .. great hack .. we use SubpageList specifically for building a list of pages. We have never gotten DPL to do the same as simply. And your example does not do it .. simply takes the TOC from a dozen entries to 3-4 dozen entries without specifics that they are sub pages.
SubpageList is great for what it does .. simple listing of Sub Pages
That doesn't take anything away from DPL which as I said is a great hack

The newer versions of DynamicPageList can do this. In fact, the newer versions of DPL can list subpages like the SubpageList extension, so there is really no need for even installing it... {{#dpl:mode=userformat|namespace={{NAMESPACE}}|titlematch={{PAGENAME}}/% |include=*}}

Hello,
I`m aware that I can use the extension SubpageList.php for generating
a dynamic list of subpages (with <subpages>).
Is there also a similar simple way to dynamically generate a page
containing the full text of all subpages?
Thanks
Michael
