Is there a way to update a MediaWiki from 1.4.10 to 1.10.0? (OK, i'll find some ways in the documantation, but it seams
to me that no one works. Has anyone made this one time?)
Make a full backup of both files and a complete database dump, then upgrade the files and run the maintenance/update.php script as normal.
The script works fine with version 1.5 or newer, but not with 1.4.10. Is there an other way (perhaps export all data, new install, import)?
