I want *non-logged in users* to be able to export in PDF while not being allowed to read my wiki.
The reason: my MW contains a lot of information, that non-logged in users cannot read. On the other hand I want to export some pages to PDF from wiki.

you want *only logged in users* to be able to export in pdf while non-logged in users are not allowed to read your wiki ?
