That looks like you're trying to move a Category, which, as far as I know, is not allowed.
No, XYZ ist a custom namespace. I'm using the extension "NamespacePermissions".

Namespace is called "Qm:" I'm member of "QmRW" so I should be able to move a "Qm:Pageold" to "Qm:Pagenew"
