Im not saying to use questy on its own i was saying in addition to. You have me wondering if the creator has added support for localised questions.

I like questy captcha because you can create some dual purpose questions that relate to your site and it's purpose, it's rules, values, logic puzzles, etc.. But, you have to create new questions after a while as the spammers figure them out. AbuseFilter is a must have.
I just wish I could delete all the spam user accounts that get created daily but I haven't found a way to do it. All the ways I found are considered dangerous.

Hi, Concerning spam I would like to add the AbuseFilter extension. Is easy
to
set up and enables you to prevent things like account creation or
editing
based on rules that you design. ReCaptcha in combination with
AbuseFilter
eliminated all spam on a wiki on which people can create their own
account
and edit their profile page.

Hi
For Spam try the answer here:See here:

mediawiki-spam-with-dynamic-questy-captchas/
For the skin Google the available skins and you may find one you like
for
no money. My current favorite for a responsive skin is Foreground,
based
around the Foundation Framework.
To add Facebook and Twitter look at the Widgets extension, or the WidgetsFramework extension (the current Widgets Framework for Twitter
is
broken). There's also some other extensions that allow Facebook Twitter likes on the page.
For Google Ad works, I think, the Widgets extension has a Google
Adsense
widget. If it doesn't work contact me directly I may have another
answer
for you.
You could also integrate Google Adsense using one of the secure html extensions:
https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:NamespaceHTML (My new
current
favorite extension)
https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:Secure_HTML
Both of those extensions, however, require locking down things so
random
end users can't use raw html.

Dear all, Does anyone know mediawiki consultant? I think i need to fix many
things on
my mediawiki page.
- My wiki website ever had attack by Spam Bot, so i want to clean it
up
from spam pages..
- I want to have the best spam protection, i ever implement Google
Captcha
but still got alot of spams
- I need to upgrade my mediawiki version to the newest
- I need to redesign my wiki website skin; just simple one.. like
this:
http://www.peacockcarter.co.uk/images/portfolio/petrowiki_responsive-mediawi...
So, on the right side i can put some of my ads banner or google
adsense
banner.
If can export all pages would be nice, but if can not, i will do it
my
self, i will backup & restore it one by one.
I think, this enough for 1st project.. my budget is about 100 USD ++ Payment through PayPal
Next several months, maybe after saving some money.. i will need to integrate my wiki page to Facebook / Twitter.
Thank You
