I;m running php /maintenance/rebuildImages.php --missing it run fine passed time show me an error: Fatal error: Call to a member function recordUpload() on a non-object in /maintenance/rebuildImages.php on line 196 i'm downloaded mediawiki from SVN MediaWiki 1.16alpha PHP 5.2.6-1+lenny3 (apache2handler) MySQL 5.0.51a-24+lenny1 diff3 2.8.1 ImageMagick 6.3.7 03/24/09 Q16 OCaml 3.10.2 Ghostscript 8.62 (2008-02-29) Dvips 5.96.1 LaTeX pdfTeX using libpoppler 3.141592-1.40.3-2.2 (Web2C 7.5.6)

Database error msg?

Hi, My wiki is located at: http://www.researchpipeline.com/mediawiki/index.php?title=Main_Page I just upgraded to mediawiki 1.15.0 from the previous version. When I try to create a new page or click on "recent changes" I get the following error: Database error A database query syntax error has occurred. This may indicate a bug in the software. The last attempted database query was: (SQL query hidden) from within function "IndexPager::reallyDoQuery (LogPager)". MySQL returned error "1146: Table 'lyndi1_wikidb.mw_tag_summary' doesn't exist (localhost)". I'm a relative newbie. What does this mean? Thanks, Lyndie

It was being interpreted as SQL otherwise. Problems with SQL2wiki extension in template

I'm having trouble using the SQL2wiki extension in a template. Something seems to be goofy about the use of a parameter. The parameter is not getting the value it is supposed to get, and the MySQL error messages seem to indicate that one of the curly braces is getting stripped off: Here is the template with as simple a query as I could muster; user_id 2 is a valid record: > <noinclude>{{project timelog1|2}}</noinclude> > <includeonly><sql2wiki database="EcoReality">SELECT * FROM > mw_user WHERE user_id = {{{1}}}</sql2wiki></includeonly> and here is what is produced, error messages in front of an empty table: > Warning: mysql_query() [<a href='http://www.mysql.com/doc'>http://www.mysql.com/doc > </a>]: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that > corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use > near '{{1}}}' at line 1 in [full path deleted]/mediawiki-1.13.3/ > extensions/SQL2Wiki.php on line 42 > > [and three subsequent error messages about invalid result resources] >  > <table border=1><tr></tr></table> > > <!-- I don't understand why this is happening, because it was my impression that the template parameter substitution happens before the extension is invoked. Mailing List Integrated with MediaWiki

What is the best way to integrate a mailing list with MediaWiki? The aim here is to run a mailing list for a website running MediaWiki where the website subscribers can opt in and out either during registration or afterwards, or register with the mailing list without having an account on the site. Has anyone implemented this? Are there plugins that will help with this setup? Thanks, Waseem
