I am afraid, not.
gWatch may be a nice tool and probably will become much more popular later
but it has the following issues:
1. Outside the domain.
2. Not auto-linked to the user's account and credentials
3. Configured (as a toolbar button) in a client machine, not on the server
side.
4. Requires monobook.js as chosen stylesheet.
It wouldn't be very convenient and 'better' if gwatch is used as a bookmark
manager as the very purpose is to save time and input efforts!
Am thinking of something within the wiki domains and server-stored per user.

Dear friends,
Is there a facility to maintain a personal (per logged-in user) page for
favourites / bookmarks in Wikipedia and/or other wikimedia portals other
than the watch list?
I could not recollect any such.
If not, will it be possible to think of one as a new feature?
(Either at
ml.wiki*.org or even at *.wiki*.org ?)
regards,
Viswam
