This panel reports to the CEO, and takes over what was formally a staff
decision making process. Since we are still in the interim CEO phase,
with a CEO in waiting (person unknown), surely these type of changes
should be made by the incoming CEO, who will have to live with them!
Looking at the timescales, that should be the case...
