We submitted our application to AffCom in August 2022, and since then, the Telugu Wikimedia Community has made remarkable leaps in defining its strategic direction. On this occasion, I'd like to share some insights into our work in this area. Our community, the Telugu Wikimedia Community, organized a community-wide conference. This event, enriched by studies, discussions, and consultations, focused on assessing the quality and status of our projects, as well as identifying the opportunities and challenges that lay ahead. These efforts resulted in a strategic document that now guides the Telugu Wikimedia Community's initiatives. The user group has enthusiastically begun to undertake activities and projects aligned with this strategic direction.
