I went to the above link to see perhaps I can do the captioning and make it more relevant, say https://secure.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/wiki/File:GNUnify20110211DSC_... to "SICSR gnunify volunteers" but could not do so.

I tried some of the various links - perhaps only the core author could do the changes - No idea .
