Kiruba,
A friend who is at the INK conference in Lavasa sent me this scan of your business card; a card that you handed out yesterday.
Can you please explain to all of us why it says you are a "Director of Wikimedia India" when as you perfectly well know - and has been publicly documented - you have had nothing to do with the chapter formation in India for over a year? As you know, you were asked to leave the founding group because of your promotion of yourself as a Director of a non-existent entity; as you also know, Wikipedians in India were/are extremely annoyed by your false representation.
I'm going to send out a short and clear message to WikimediaIndia-l on the subject of your association with us. Meanwhile, please understand that this is absolutely ridiculous - you are wasting our time, and have done so repeatedly in the past.
Achal
Kiruba,
I'd like to suggest that you systematically and sincerely go through all such online and offline references and undo/amend them so that this is inaccuracy is not repeated time and again.
The same issue has already come up many times this year - dealing with, monitoring or policing this is truly not a good use of anyone's time or energy in the wikipedia communities, the India chapter, or at the Foundation level.
It would be most productive if you could do a rigorous and thorough clean up at your end and this matter could be closed once and for all.

Hi Bikasha and Achal,
These are set of old businesscards that was printed last year.
I ran out of my present bunch of cards and since I had to travel to Lavasa for the INK conference, I had to pick my old bunch of unused cards because my new cards got delayed from the printers.
I had consciously been striking out the position clearly on each of the cards ( attached are two photos of the entire bunch and a closeup of one such card) . I'm sorry that the card that your friend got missed out. If in doubt, you can check out with others (though your friend) that I consciously stuck it out.
I, in no way, want to create a confusion especially since our last conversation last year. I have been consciously been clear about my association (or the lack of) with Wikimedia India.
