Looks like there may be some confusion. We are not doing WP0 in India and
there is no upcoming campaign. The phone survey I mentioned is a general
survey to understand Wikipedia's awareness and usage in India, which would
help us with any future partnerships (not just WP0). To see the wide

As far as I know, many Wikimedians in Indian community, will oppose the
idea of WP0 if it hampers net neutrality.
