Ah OK, that makes sense. I did not see the mail till later.
With phone/tablets, if you leave the browser you often lose the session, so one is reluctant to switch apps if not obviously necessary.

Dear Vickram,
Indeed, you seems to have registered as a new user in the Wikimedia Wiki. However, in order to edit, one need to do just one more additional step: Just confirm the email ID.
Immediately after registering, you would have received a confirmation request mail in your registered e-mail. (Please also check the spam mail folder).
Clicking on the link there will confirm your membership. After that, you will be able to edit most pages of the chapter Wiki.
*The same applies to all new registrants on the chapter wikis.*
Thanks, Viswam User:viswaprabha Member, EC Wikimedia India Chapter.

I did that, and returned to the page, but it did not allow me to edit.
But as I said, it is not material to the process.

I looked at the page some days ago, but for some reason it did not allow me to edit anything. On reflection, though, I did not find anything positive to suggest. I assume the monetisation of the projects is a separate exercise, and must confess I have not researched the purpose of this part of the planning.

Sure, you need not be a chapter member to comment. It is open to the community at large. Please add your comments with details on the page itself so everything is in one place.
