I like that "incidental fallout" phrase. ;-) I can now understand why chapter and none of its activities are clear to common wikimedian. :)
Glad you liked the phrase. :) However, I don't understand the connection between that and your following sentence about the chapter's activities. I'm as much a common wikimedian as you, by the way.

I do agree. I was only referring to the incidental fallout of you getting provoked. I wouldn't support intentionally provoking anyone for that matter. And, I'm sure nobody else had such an intention as well. I'm sorry if you're offended.
