If the transcription is adopted, I think it is fine to keep the core message in Latin script, and the separate pages in Latin script and Manchu script will likely be combined into one single page. However, if the transcription is hard to manage, I think keeping the pages separately, like Hakka Wikipedia, is the best choice.
