Proposed approval of the Mossi Wikipedia

Hello all, I would like to propose the approval of the Mossi Wikipedia (Wp/mos) [1][2]. The activity has been high and stable for several months [3], and localization is good [4] (only 17 messages missing out of the most important messages, that can be done in no time). IIRC, Amir has already been in touch with this community quite a lot, so I don't think separate verification is necessary in this case, but I'll leave that up to him (and the rest of you, if anyone has objections). Georgian Wikisource

Hi. There is a request for approval for a new Wikinews project and it meets the general criteria. Due to the nature of Wikinews, it is worrisome that a small number of editors continue to edit, but this is just my opinion. I'm curious what other colleagues think. Langcom should be aware that Sylheti wikipedia uses sylheti nagri script. And not many sylheti people can actually read or write this script. There are c. 10.3 millions sylheti, which means sylheti wikipedia will be un-accessible for vast majority of sylheti. There is also pointed out that possible solutions would be lang converter like some wiki has. I would request langcom to create or ask developer to create a lang converter for sylheti wikipedia. It has been active since Dec 2022, and it has been 6 months that 3 or more editors have been active[1]. There are about 2734 pages including templates. Most important core messages have already been translated(100%)[2]. The request has already been submitted[3]. Proposed approval of the Igala Wikipedia

Hi all, I would like to propose the approval of the Igala Wikipedia (Wp/igl) [1]. The activity has been high and stable since they properly got started back in January [2], and the localization of the most used messages is almost complete (only a few messages remaining) [3]. We will need verification since this is the first Wikimedia project in this language. Request for comments on approval of Rakhine(or Arakanese) Wikipedia

I would like to ask for comments on the approval of *Wp/rki*. It has been active since October 2022, and it has been 6 months that 3 or more editors have been active[1]. There are about *2464 *pages including templates. Most important core messages have already been translated(98.41%)[2]. The request has already been submitted[3]. Because the official name of a language is different from the one used by the community, I have asked the community about this and am waiting for a response.
