Hi,
I suggest approving the Altay Wikipedia:
https://incubator.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wp/alt
The activity is OK, the localization is complete, and I've forwarded an
expert approval to the private list.
Any objections?
Also, happy new year! :)

Hi,
Does anyone object to approving creating Wikisource domains in Georgian
(ka) and Bashkir (ba)?
Both languages have Wikipedias, so expert verification is not needed. And
both have 100% translation for ProofreadPage and continuous localization
activity.
The activity in Multilingual Wikisource is up and down, but given that both
languages have very active Wikipedia communities and the activity checking
is a bit harder to use for Wikisource than it is for Wikipedia Incubator, I
don't think that it's a big problem.
Let's approve them.

Baharestan, St., Noorabad, Lorasan, Iran.
To whom it may concern,
This is to confirm the content of Wikipedia for Lori . I recently heard
that Wikipedia for Lori has been prepared. I got interested and decided
to study and analyze its content.
I have a Ph.D in Linguistics and graduated in 2014. I have studied
different languages in many fields ranging from Syntax to Phonetics and
Morphology. Besides, I have lived in Lorestan since I was born. Therefore, I
completely confirm the content of wikipedia for Lori , and announce that
its content is not only comprehensible for me, but also for natives of Lori
who were asked to read and give their opinion about it.
Sincerely yours,
Dr. Rasool Moradi
Hi dear editor in chief,
First of all, congratulations on the arrival of Christmas and New Year. I
am Yunes Azizian and I have a doctorate in linguistics from Tarbiat Modares
University, Tehran, Iran.
The purpose of sending this email is to inform you that
I have read the content of Lorish Wikipedia and I confirm that it is
understandable for the speakers of this language. It should be mentioned
that I am from Lorestan province and a native speaker of Lori Language.
Thank you in advance for your efforts.
Sincerely yours,
Dr. Yunes Azizan
Hey,
This is a notification that I started the discussion of closing Northern
Luri Wikipedia:
https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Proposals_for_closing_projects/Closure_of_N…
I have asked again from different people, and again I got "we don't
understand this and we can't read it". Mardetanha independently asked too
and he also got the same thing. Funnily enough, some people told me that
they don't speak Luri (they are Kuridish or Lak) and they actually can
understand the wiki which puts us in the similar situation of scowiki but
with no hope that we can fix the wiki.
Now some new users are being created to oppose the closure discussion, it
seems they are at least meatpuppet:
https://meta.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Meta:Requests_for_CheckUser_in…
I also got some private messages that I can share with the committee if
needed.
Also I ask the committee to reconsider eligibility of Northern Luri
Wiknews:

Hello, does the kamassian wiki pages have to be deleted? The russian loans are very small in number because 1600+ words are documented. Also even if it cant get accepted, instead of deleting all pages can it be left like the enets wikiincubator, people can see the pages but is rejected. -ValtteriLahti12
