I have no idea what you are referring to. Since your action against me
on this list, nobody has complained about my posts to other lists. I
refute that I have "continued to post in this manner elsewhere"
particularly as you have never pointed to any email of mine, but have
preferred to make dark public implications of me being a bad person,
without providing evidence of the bad things I have done.
This strongly suggests that moderation is the only
thing keeping your
posting behaviour acceptable.
Remember that the actual point is to make the list not toxic. So far,
it appears moderation is doing that job.
This is based on no evidence. This would be a rationale for executing
prisoners, as it is demonstrated to stop them from committing future
imagined crimes.
I have noted that I am not personally inclined to
remove the
moderation, but that if any other moderator did I wouldn't object. So
far none have done so, and instead have concurred with the above
analysis.
Yes I understand something of your viewpoint, based on your recent
post about me on Wikimedia-l saying "You're not on en:wp, so are not
part of the "us" in
question".<http://lists.wikimedia.org/pipermail/wikimedia-l/2014-Ju…
A bit surprising considering I have a GA review on the go.
Your analysis is not based on any evidence of things that I have
written here that would be against policy.
Nobody has a right to post to this list. But so far
every post you've
made while on moderation has gone through.
On most Wikimedia projects, this would be a reason to re-examine
sanctions. Wikipedia has the "standard offer" and a presumption of
reform;
it would be nice to see this positive way of thinking apply here,
rather than repeated enforcement of stereotypes.
