HMRC, for all their faults, makes the initial registration pretty
straightforward <https://www.gov.uk/charity-recognition-hmrc> (sans any
major issues with the governance of the company.).
Getting registered with the Charity Commission
<https://www.gov.uk/setting-up-charity/register-your-charity> is a bit more
of a pain, but again shouldn't be that much of an issue.
@Seddon, they managed to at least partly resolve that issue, as far as I
know.
