I was puzzled by the statement that Wikimedia UK supports a Bill of
Rights for the "world wide web" in what otherwise appeared to be an
opinion piece published on the Wikimedia UK blog.

The charity is able to use its funds for political lobbying in
relation to human rights, however I am unaware of any consensus by the
members or a published resolution that relates to this. In practice I
don't know of a draft Bill of Rights by Wikimedia to refer to. Should
there be one?
If the blog post was intended to be an editorial or personal opinion
piece rather than a statement of the official position or plans of the
charity, it might be less confusing if the blog post was amended to
make that clear.
