My own view is that it is highly unlikely that we'd get an agreement to do
this whether the request from from the Foundation or us in the UK, and
that making a formal request that would likely be declined could even give
us negative publicity.
Saying that though, there is an outside possibility that it might be
possible, and it would make great press if it happened, so I shall make
some sotto voce contacts with them next week to see how they might respond
to an actual request.

idea and a waste of money.
