This would be a good event to run a stall or wikilounge, perhaps with
a live display of photos uploaded to Commons of the event. The English
Wikipedia tends to have the topic well covered, though quality
portraits are hard to get or artworks released.
I follow sf authors and so would be interested in supporting a stall &
photography or helping with initial discussions.
