To me, that seems like enough time to get ourselves together. The
important ideas are there, we just need to fight it down to the
specifics.

Hang on, Wikimania 2007 finished less than a month ago, but official
bids for the next event must be submitted within the next 24 hours? I
know the cabal need plenty of time to read through bids, but
really...I want some of what they're smoking...
