If we go by the current way of how things are supposed to work, theoretically the current
board members don't
technically qualify to stand as directors by our rules. Where is the money for their
membership going, now unless they are
keeping the money in a piggy bank or a box buried deep in the garden, or are they simply
are not paying it, if a company cant take membership then the directors can be no more a
part of WMUK that than anyone else. We need to agree on
some set rules on how we continue as a chapter instead of using rules that dont apply. We
obviously cant pay
membership so we need some other guidelines until that is possible. I think using some
common sense as Delphine has
suggested is the best way forward right now.
