Thanks for your comments Andy, really very useful. I know Richard has addressed the point on environmental impact. Other points:
- Board sign-off - I know some trustees are very keen to see this kept. When it comes to putting messages out in the press, especially, it's about reputation management. It's important that trustees do have an opportunity to feed in to the process. - Titles rather than names: I totally agree. Will make it so! - Video and audio content accessibility: Yes, I agree with this. If anyone has an interest in doing this then please do let me know. - Large print - yes, I agree. This will be built in to future publications work. - "Outing" - yes, agree. We already act in this way. Our AGM was an example of how this can work. Delegates were advised on arrival whether they would be happy to be filmed. Those that weren't were given a small coloured sticker to denote they didn't want to be on camera.

- Photography (and event video) - due consideration should be given to
individuals who do not wish to be shown (or "outed"); especially minors
