That's a very good point. How about somebody create a /Coordination subpage which has {{Special:Prefixindex/Wikimania 2008/Bids/London/}} on it? I would remind viewers I am using a mobile phone and stuff like that is beyond the realms of capability :)

Atlanta has a page set up for people to coordinate their sponsorship contact (see http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikimania_2008/Bids/Atlanta/Sponsorships), which looks like a good idea to me, as it would avoid twenty different people contacting the same organisation
