As Jon Davies has been in post for a little over a year, we're coming up to his annual performance appraisal. In line with HR good practice, all our staff have this kind of review, and they're an important opportunity for reflection and learning.
As we prepare for Jon's review, I would like to invite anyone who feels they have comments to make, whether congratulatory, critical or both, to get in touch - I'm keen to get views from people who have worked with Jon over the last year, not just the current Board. Comments should be made with reference to the Chief Executive job description (1) and should be emailed to myself and John Byrne before 9 November. John and I will read and consolidate all the feedback prior to the review meeting.
