The Sheldonian rather less so. But I imagine we wouldn't need e.g. a
wireless network in the Sheldonian if it was just for opening and closing
ceremonies.

I also got a quote from the Sheldonian last year and they said: "I do not
know the exact rate for 2009 - the rate now is £260 for the first hour and
£170 for subsequent hours. This rate increases by around 3% in
September."
So not too expensive I guess. But it's not exactly comfortable...

What technical facilities do these venues offer? WiFi? Projection? PA
System? As a techie, I tend to worry about these things ;)
